How do I book a session?

Booking a session with me is easy. Simply fill out our contact form on the 'contact us' providing your details including any special dates and the type of session you are after.

Do I need to leave a deposit?

Yes, typically we take 20% deposit of the total session cost, usually rounded to the nearest $5.

When is the remainder of payment required?

Full payment is required prior to your session date.

What is the best time/date to secure my session?

As majority of my sessions are on location outdoors, the best times to book is close to sunrise or sunset. This time offers the softest of light and makes for great photos! The harsh midday sun makes for harsh photos.

What happens if i need to reschedule or cancel my session?

We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to re-schedule your session.

If you need to cancel your session, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice, to which we will refund your deposit.

If we receive notice of cancellation inside the 48 hour window, your deposit is not refundable.

How long will it take to receive my photos?

Approximately 1-2 weeks after your session i will have edited your images and they will be ready to upload to our online album.

If you have booked a wedding with me, it typically takes up to 4 weeks to have your images processed due to the high volume. You also receive a special photo box and this will be mailed to you once processing is complete.

I do post a sneak peak on Facebook page within the first few days, so be sure to like our Facebook and Instagram pages.

We require photography outside of Sydney Metro, can you help?

We typically work within the Western Sydney area, however I love a good adventure. If you have a special place in mind, please don't hesitate to contact me. I can provide an additional quote for any travel.

Can you supply me with prints?

All of my images supplied to my clients are high resolution and allows you to print these yourself. If you would like assistance, i can arrange your prints for you. This will be a additional cost and can be quoted when required.
